Potato-Wiener Casserole
5 C potatoes thinly sliced  (I usually cook them with skins.  Then peel and slice.)
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 C salad oil
1/4 C vinegar
1 to 2 cans French style beans drained
1/2 C thinly sliced onions
1 lb wieners in chunks
Combine and toss lightly.  Cover and bake in casserole 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
